Be part of a global community dedicated to advancing cardio-oncology. As a member, you'll gain access to educational resources, research updates, networking opportunities, and exclusive events.
- Licensed physicians, nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals, or researchers with interest in cardio-oncology.
- Demonstrated involvement in the care of patients with cancer and cardiovascular disease, or interest in advocacy, research, or education in cardio-oncology.
- Completion of a membership application form.
- Updated professional license (PRC or equivalent), if applicable.
- Payment of annual membership dues.
- Physicians with recognized specialization in Cardiology, Oncology, Hematology, Internal Medicine, or related subspecialties.
- At least 3 years of clinical practice post-specialty certification OR equivalent academic/research experience in cardio-oncology.

Significant contributions in at least two of the following areas:
- Patient care in cardio-oncology
- Research and publications related to cardio-oncology
- Teaching and training of healthcare professionals
- Leadership in professional or advocacy organizations
- Endorsement by at least one ICOS Pilipinas member in good standing.
- Curriculum Vitae and supporting documents.
- Approval by the Membership Committee and Board.
- Fellows-in-training, residents, or graduate students in Cardiology, Oncology, Internal Medicine, or related health fields.
- Nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals, or researchers with interest in cardio-oncology
- Demonstrated interest in cardio-oncology through rotations, research, or advocacy.
- Application form and certification of training status.
- Reduced membership dues.
- Hospitals, universities, cancer centers, and research institutions actively engaged in cardio-oncology services or research.
- Institutional application with designated liaison officer.
- Commitment to participate in ICOS Pilipinas programs, training, and data-sharing initiatives.
- Payment of annual dues.
- Individuals, local or international, who have made outstanding contributions to the advancement of cardio-oncology in the Philippines or globally.
- Nomination by at least two members.
- Approval by the Board of ICOS Pilipinas.
- Uphold the mission and values of ICOS Pilipinas.
- Actively participate in scientific meetings, research, and advocacy activities.
- Maintain good professional standing and ethical practice.
- Pay annual dues on time.
